These Chinese low quality products represent 99% of what you find on the market. To make sure you will buy from them, they tell you, their brand is ‘the best massage gun’, ‘professional’, ‘premium’. You can find them in all price ranges.

November 2023 –

The Chinese copies are not popular. For this reason, they change their approach : they start to create reviewing websites.. Most of these websites are promoting these Chinese low quality products on Amazon and Bol. But don’t believe stories that the best massagers are only available on Bol or Amazon. Watch out for these practices. Be critical.

February 2025 –

Many websites that were once offering massage guns, go offline. Why ? These massage guns were too low quality, and started to fail. Customers were claiming warranty without success. Read our guidelines and don’t be a victim like them.

March 2025 –

One new brand comes online and is of remarkable quality. It’s called Nabiant. They are copying EnjoyLife (now known as EL1 and EL2), but that’s fine. EnjoyLife was the only one who was offering real quality, now we have 2 brands. Perfect. If you don’t need the alu case, you can buy the Nabiant at a cheaper price.
Because it’s popularity, we expect them to offer sets with an extra battery as well. For now, you can order batteries already seperately.

July 2025 –

Other customers who were once buying Chinese low quality massage guns, are realizing it was a bad choice. Now, customers are looking on Google, ‘massage gun not coming from China’. Others are looking for ‘massage gun battery’.

On these websites, you will find the lower quality massagers. Low quality comes with a small price and that maybe is not that bad, but remember you will have a fragile device, offering poor massage experience. Your massager won’t last long, it will disappoint you.

Choosing for Nabiant and EL2, you will have a big speed diversity. The price is cheaper and it’s quality is much better than the others. We review all 4 brands. We do not acknowledge other brands to have a professional massager
Don’t forget, you need a clear warranty. You will enjoy that only when you buy EL2 and Nabiant.

Guidelines when you look for a massage gun :

most massage guns are not strong enough and will break easily. Choose a massage gun with a voltage of at least 16.8 V for higher quality and longer life.
A light weight device is equipped with weak components. Make sure the massager has a weight of at least 1 kg. A mini massage gun needs a weight of at least 0.7 kg
If you can find massage heads and battery separately, you will also find a better customer service.
Look at the pictures of the massage gun and check for the necessary cooling holes. If you don’t see cooling holes, the massage gun will burn easily. There are many known cases about burned massage guns.
Make sure to have at least 20 speeds between 1000 rpm up to 3000 rpm.
When the massager comes in a carton box or tissue travel bag, it’s a chinese knock-off.

Unacceptable and too high priced :

This is a well known brand in the massage gun world. It started as a noisy and brutal device. And because it was brutal, only bodybuilders were satisfied customers. When Theragun realized they were losing sales, they decided to make accessible devices for everyone. So they started making different massage guns. This brand plays the good marketing, but the product and the service is below the standards. We don’t have mercy for this brand.

Until 2024, this brand did not have a return policy. With an arrogant attitude, you as a customer were not allowed to return your massage gun. Nowadays, they have a return policy, but customers are complaining a lot about broken devices and zero customer service. check it out

it’s not a professional massage gun

All theragun massage guns have just a few speed settings. The massagers don’t have enough cooling holes, so it can heat up and that is dangerous. Another big disadvantage is, you can’t change batteries.
In detail, Theragun is not built well, and it has the technical sheet of a Chinese knock-off. It’s not professional.

Theragun is known as the most expensive massage gun. During the years, Theragun introduced different models, offering massage guns at lower price.
For longtime, their website wasn’t mentioning a return policy. That is unacceptable. It all changed, but we believe that once you have that arrogance, you won’t lose it.
The battery autonomy is too low, it’s only up to 150 minutes.
4 to 6 massage heads
Speed ranges are not well mentioned, you don’t know what you are buying. You will be disappointed.
Improving : no. They don’t publish technical details. That is a red flag.
Price are from 139 € till 649 €. Don’t spend that money on such a device.
